Our charge is $17.65 per $100 advanced (i.e. a $100 advance will have a repayment of $117.65, a $170 advance will have a repayment of $200.00, a $340 advance will have a repayment of $400.00.) - See Disclosure for more information. Likewise, when it comes time to repay the advance, we simply take that loan amount from your account.  It's that simple!

WHAT YOU DO

  1. Fill out the appropriate information about yourself and your bank account on the Cash Advance Application.
  2. Read and electronically sign the Disclosure & Authorization.
  3. Choose the advance amount, read and electronically "sign" the Application Form and Contract.
  4. Please hold your next personal  check and write it out to Maui Loan for the loan amount you requested, date the check for the day you want to borrow money from us and sign it.  You must fax a copy of this check to us toll free at 1-877-677-7979.

WHAT WE DO

We review your application and contract, verify your employment and checking account. Once approved (usually is less than half an hour), we deposit the loan proceeds into your checking account or we can have a check waiting for you to pick up at many banks statewide.

We physically deposit into American Savings Bank, First Hawaiian Bank, Bank of Hawaii, Hawaii National Bank, Citibank or we can electronically deposit to any other financial institution.

Then we hold the check you faxed until your next payday when we present your check to your bank by way of pre-authorized draft or we electronically withdraw it.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. You must be employed for at least six months.
  2. You must have an open checking account for at least 3 months, in your name and not subject to any liens or outstanding, unpaid returned checks against you.
  3. You must complete required forms and receive approval.
